At Frank Quotes Merch, we strive to provide you with high-quality custom-made clothing, home and kitchen proudcts that meets your expectations and enhances your wardrobe and home. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that all our products are custom-made and production begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please do so within 24 hours. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order.

If you receive a defective item, please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items. 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, or you may have changed your mind about an item. That’s why we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unworn, has all tags attached, and is returned in its original packaging.

We take pride in creating high-quality products made to order right here in the USA. As soon as you place your order with us, our team begins the process of handcrafting your item with care and precision. Due to this personalized production process, we are not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase so we can begin processing your return as quickly as possible.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@frankquotescom within 30 days of the delivery date, and provide your order number along with the reason for your return or exchange. Our friendly representatives will assist you in processing your request and provide further information on how to return your item. 

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will be happy to process your request and provide you with a return shipping label. Along with the label, we will also send you clear instructions on how to package your item and where to send it. It is important to note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return or failing to follow the return instructions will not be accepted.

Return Criteria

However, sometimes issues may arise with your printed product. We offer refunds, account credits, or replacements for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Misprint: If your printed product arrives with a misprint, we will gladly replace it with a correctly printed item or issue a refund or credit.
  • Damage (excluding damages during delivery): If your printed product arrives damaged, please send us photographic evidence of the damage within 30 days from delivery. We will either replace the damaged item free of charge or issue a refund or credit. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Fulfillment Information Discrepancy: If your printed product does not match the fulfillment information you provided (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.), we will correct the issue by reprinting the item and shipping it to you at no additional cost.

Please note that Frank Quotes Merch retains the sole discretion to determine whether to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product.

To request a refund, credit, or replacement, please send a photograph of the problem along with a brief explanation to info@frankquotes.com within 30 days of delivery. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Defective Item

If you receive a defective item, please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items. This evidence will help us to evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action to take.

Once we have reviewed your photo evidence, we will either replace the item free of charge, issue a refund or credit, or offer another appropriate solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that to be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must have been used as intended and cared for according to its instructions. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered under our policy.

International returns

Please note, however, that our returns and exchanges policy only applies to domestic orders. International exchanges are NOT currently available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that international exchanges can be more complex due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and other factors.

Refunds

Our goal at Frank Quotes Merch is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes refunds are necessary and want to make that process as smooth as possible for you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund and let you know if it has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted in your account.
