1. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100, after discounts to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $100, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

2. How long does it take for products to be produced?

When you place an order from Frank Quotes store, the order is automatically sent to a warehouse to be crafted, made-to-order, and after the production period, the order is sent out. Production times can vary depending on the product. Generally, it can take between 2-7 business days for a product to be produced. Orders are set out after the production, and take approximately 2 to 8 days to arrive.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination. In general, domestic shipping within the US can take between 2-8 business days, while international shipping can take between 10-30 business days.

4. Can I track my orders?

Yes, we offer tracked shipping options. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can also login here to your account to check on shipping status

5. Can i make revisions to my order? 

Changes like sizing, color, and address can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you'd like to add or remove items from your order, please email us, and we will promptly assist you further.

6. What happens if i receives a damaged product? 

Frank Quotes Merch offers a reprint or refund for any orders that are damaged or have defects. You can contact our support at info@frankquotes.com with details and photos of the damage.

7. What if my order is marked 'return to sender' Will i get another order shipped out? 

If your order is marked as return to sender, you need to report this to our customer support team, and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

8. Does Frank Quotes Merch ship internationally?

Yes, Frank Quotes Merch offers worldwide shipping. However, shipping rates and times can vary depending on the destination.

9. Can I return or exchange products? 

Frank Quotes Merch doesn't accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, as all products are made-to-order. Returns are accepted only for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
